Submitting a request or receiving an acknowledgement that it was received is not, on its own, a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed when RideCar or the booking platform sends a confirmation for the requested trip.

You are responsible for entering complete and accurate trip details, including passenger contact information, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, flight information when requested, passenger count, luggage, and any service requests.

The price and payment details presented for a trip are specific to the itinerary and options selected. Review the displayed quote, currency, included items, payment method, and booking conditions before submitting your request.
